Terms of ServiceWe want you to have a problem-free transaction and provide these store policies for your guidance.
Payment is expect immediately on purchase. We reserve the right to cancel orders which are not paid immediately.
At the present time, we accept payments via:
STRIPE secure direct credit card payments. Stripe is a great secure credit card processor and we NEVER see your credit card information.
CASH ON PICK-UP. If you are in our area, we are happy to arrange for cash payment on pick-up.
We ship within 1 business day of cleared payment (excluding Sundays and US holidays).
For the most part, we ship via USPS. For heavy or bulky shipments, we will contact you to first to make the best and most convenient arrangements.
For your protection and ours, any package containing one or more items with a total value over $150 will require signature confirmation.
International Shipments: At this time, other than the US, we only ship to CANADA. It is the buyer's responsibility for any customs charges or fees. Please note that shipping prices do not include customs fees or charges.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you would like to return an item - no problem!
Please contact us for a RAN (Return Authorization Number). Items returned to us without an RAN will be forwarded back to the buyer at the buyer's expense (COD) and will be ineligible for return.
Unless otherwise specified within the items listing, items are returnable for a full refund of the purchase price if POSTMARKED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE, less actual shipping charge. All refunds for returns will be processed immediately after we have received the item as long as the following conditions are met:
1. The item and all parts (if applicable) are returned and are in the same condition as it was shipped to the buyer, and have not been altered in any way, which includes (but is not limited to), signs of attempted installation, wear, tear, attempts at repair, switched out serial numbers, etc.
2. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping EXCEPT:
a. when an item has been damaged in transit TO the buyer; or
b. the item is determined by us to have been inaccurately described in the listing.
In those cases, we will issue a return shipping label to the buyer. Once we have received the item back from the buyer and upon inspection, we will refund the full purchase price, plus the original shipping charge.
